Stand Up Paddleboarding on a secret River

Loch Fruechie is in a beautiful quiet glen and a Stand Up Paddleboard trip here not only explores the lovely loch but it's secret River that flows into it. A magical journey up and down it's meanders.

Paddle along the River Earn or Almond

The River Earn winds through Crieff bringing with it a selection of fantastic, tameable rapids to take on. Our local operators can help guide you down and progress your paddling. Just north of Crieff in the setting of the majestic Sma' Glen lies the River Almond. When the river is high it becomes a fantastic moving water river for Kayaks and Stand Up Paddleboards, with the right equipment and knowledge.

Hike a Munro

Sat perched above Crieff lies Ben Chonzie. Known as one of the easier of the Munro's, it's a great one to tick off the list early. Reached by two choices of route, the path alongside Loch Turret makes for a particularly good day out.

Go Climbing

Bennybeg crag sits facing the sun for most of the day making it probably the Friday crag in Perthshire. Because of this, it's easy access and the number of routes, it's a great Climbing destination. There are routes of all grades and lots of great low level sport routes.

Mountain Biking at the Knock

The area of Crieff known as the knock is home to plenty of wonderful biking routes to explore and push your levels. In and around Crieff there is plenty of excellent biking opportunities from gentle Riverside paths to high level mountain routes.
